CPT Desert Tax & Accounting, a division of Phillips-Taylor Enterprises LLC, opened its doors early in 2018. Though the address may be relatively new, the experience, dedication, and professionalism are decades old. A need for affordable representation within the accounting and tax realms was sorely needed in this area. We believe that what wins a case and what makes a creative business thrive is the passion that drives it. Choosing to specialize in a field means that you are completely devoted to it; that you will protect it as if it were your own. That is the energy that sets us apart.

Colette Phillips-Taylor | EA
With a degree from Ferris State University in Big Rapids, Michigan and decades of experience. From working at NSC Certified Public Accountants LLC, as their original Enrolled Agent, a federally-authorized tax practitioner who has technical expertise in the field of taxation and who is empowered by the U.S. Department of the Treasury to represent taxpayers before all administrative levels of the Internal Revenue Service. Now in her own practice she continues to represent her existing and new clients in the same dedicated professional manner. Practicing since the first internet boom, Colette has hands-on experience with how technology affects the creative industry. Staying ahead of the law’s frequent changes is Colette’s sixth sense.
